What to Expect
When booking your first session I will contact you about your goals for the practice. Each session begins with a short check-in to see how you’re feeling on the day. Movements are adapted to your needs, with options for gentler or more challenging variations. Breathwork and relaxation are included to help you leave feeling grounded and re-energised.
